Armin Luistro to implement the K + 12 program. I salute PNoy for making this program one of his priorities.

Until the final two minutes of the game, neither team led convincingly as the lead swayed back and forth. Leading for Philphos was crafty guard, Ramos, to complement its towering center JanJan Malinao and forward Villaber. On the other hand, Bantigue was powered by players from Western Leyte College varsity team. Bantigue showed toughness and maintained focus under pressure in what would be the antidote to Philphos’ scattered individual plays.
