Among all the representatives in Eastern Visayas, only An Waray Party List representative Florencio Gabriel Noel posted a perfect attendance in the House of Representatives’ 59 sessions last year. While Dinagat Island representative Ruben Ecleo, Jr. who has a standing warrant of arrest for a graft case, held the record of having the most absences, attended only eight sessions. The sessions were held from January 7 to December 14, 2011.
